概要
山岳地帯のフィヨルドの美しさを発見し、新しいパタゴニアの公園であるカウェスカル国立公園を訪れながら、壮大なサルミエント山脈を巡る。
この2日間の探検では、現地ガイドが驚くべき場所に案内しながら、フィヨルドの古代と現代の歴史について知る。
バーナル氷河とアルシーナ氷河を訪れ、その千年の氷で一杯のドリンクを楽しんでください。

旅程
DAY 0 / Puerto Natales Expedition Briefing.
Our local guide will meet with the participants the night before the expedition to provide general information about this adventure, confirm schedules, answer any questions participants may have, and deliver the provided equipment.
DAY 1 / Alacalufes Trail - Bernal Glacier.
We pick up the expedition participants from the hotel around 09:00 am, then we take a boat to sail 5 minutes from Puerto Natales to the Antonio Varas peninsula, through the Señoret Channel. We continue by vehicle on a gravel road for 1 hour to Estancia Mercedes, where we board our fast boat Explorer IV to sail for an hour to the end of Resi fjord, entrance to Kawésqar National Park. During the navigation, it is possible to see sea lions, dolphins, penguins, cormorants, condors, among other species.
From Resi fjord, we must walk 20 minutes to Acantilados lagoon, which is nestled between huge rock walls and the only way to cross it is by boat, so we have to sail 5 minutes to get to the other side of the lagoon and continue walking another 60 minutes to Huiros bay. Here we take the West Patagonia boat to our floating refuge Explorer and enjoy a delicious lunch.
Then we walk from the same bay to the Cóndor viewpoint, where it is possible to contemplate the Mountains fjord from south to north, with a privileged view of the Sarmiento mountain range and the Bernal glacier. We continue walking to the shore of the bay where the West Patagonia boat awaits us to take us to the Bernal glacier (5 minutes). We disembark on the coast and walk along a particular trail with colorful moraines that cross a pro-glacier lake, safely reaching to touch the ice of this glacier. It is possible to observe and understand on-site the glacier movements and the changes they generate in the landscape over the years.
The contrast of colors between the vegetation, the moraines, the ice, the mountains, and the fjord in the background, makes any photo a postcard.
We take the boat again and sail for 10 minutes to our floating refuge Explorer to share a drink with ancient ice, savor a delicious dinner, and enjoy a unique accommodation over the sea.
DAY 2 / Kiara and Alsina Glaciers - Return to Puerto Natales.
After a rich breakfast, we will sail for an hour and a half through the Mountains fjord in a northerly direction to appreciate the Kiara and Alsina glaciers. These are the last main glaciers of the Sarmiento mountain range that fall into this fjord.
Various species can be observed during the navigation.
Then we start the return by walking along the Alacalufes Trail to Resi fjord, just like we entered.
In Resi fjord, we find our fast boat Explorer IV again to sail to Estancia Mercedes, where we can stop for a moment to meet the family and their amazing story while enjoying a mate by the warmth of a fireplace.
We will have our lunch during the navigation to the Estancia.
Then we continue the journey to Puerto Natales, arriving around 15:00 hours, weather conditions permitting.
